How can I market my network marketing website?
I have a self replicating website from my Network marketing company and I want to promote it. It is the kind of site that you get when you sign up as a company representative. How do I generate leads with it other than the ones I personally sent to it? How can I get it found out on the web by the right people?
I would not respond to a sales pitch from a marketing company that doesn't know how to market themselves.
That would be like hiring a home builder who is asking how to build a house.
Do a little more research so you dont embarrass youself.

How would i market or promote a website? Any information on marketing/promoting.?
what would be some ways to promote/market a streaming music service allowing people to create their own customized radio station tailored to their tastes. Rate artists and albums highly to hear them often and ban the ones they hate! They can also listen to extensive collection of more than 130 pre-programmed radio stations created by editorial staff.
I need any and all information such as where to start, who to contact, etc.
Thanks
ok, this is probably one of the best ways to promote a webite:
https://adwords.google.com
you can customize a text ad (like the ones you see in gmail, or msn) as well as image ads (ALL the image ads). adwords then helps you out by posting th ads in pages that have the same interest of your website (you have to fill out a part with keywords, to help search engines identify your prouct and target it more efficiently). it is pretty cheap and you pay only a few cents per click, not everytime they display it.
i also has great features, such as graphs showing you how many views your page gets, how long they vievew it for, if it is new or returning costmers, what city in the world they view it from, etc.
yahoo has a similar service, but i find google a little better and easier to use.
also, you can create small flyers or ads and give them out to people in the correct demographic group (your case would be younger people, for example). let's say, putting them on cars' windshields (the cheap way) or for example mailing them (the more costly way).
you have a lot of competition already (yahoo music, pandora.com, etc), with a huge music database. so just grab something that makes you different from everyone else, a unique feature that others don't have, and market it!

Network Marketing: Residual Income Opportunity or Pyramid Scheme?
I have been introduced to three systems that operate in the Multi-level Marketing so far, and all have sounded too good to be true. I must admit that I am looking for another opportunity just in case my job goes under (i.e. I'm working for the government), but I'm not the one to get caught up in la-la land from one-sided opinions. Is this whole multilevel marketing (also known as network marketing) thing as prosperous as their claims or is it as scam ridden as they sound?
If this also helps:
The companies I was informed about that operates in this fashion was Tahiti Noni International (which consist of two of the three) and this company that sells this book called The Bold Approach.
Network Marketing (aka Multi-level marketing) can indeed be prosperous. Keep in mind that they are NOT get rich quick schemes, however. To be successful in this type of business, you have to be willing to talk to a lot of people and put in your time. Once you have built your base, however, it can indeed be profitable.
Looking to start a business now while you still have another source of income is a good idea. That way you still have the security of an income while building your business.
The key is to look for a good business to become involved in. How will variations in the economy affect your ability to build the business? Is it something with which you can cultivate both a down-line and an active customer base? These are both areas in which network marking can generate and income for you. Are you marketing luxury items, or things people use everyday, even when things are tight? Are you marketing to individuals or businesses, or both? Do your research, and find a business that fits both your needs and your interests.

Renegade Network Marketer A Myth?
I just created a lens on Squidoo.com http://www.squidoo.com/Affiliateadvantage
I was wondering if anyone who read it such as myself has ever heard of the Renegade University? if not I can give you more details check out this lens.
I know Renegade Network Marketer is no myth, it is the real deal and if studied correctly your network marketing business will grow wings and fly past the competition!
I think that you have done a great job of already answering your question, lol.
The Renegade System gives several opportunities to build your business outside of the failing traditional tactics taught by many.
Ann Seig was a godsend for me. On top of that I came accross SiteSell. As I wee in your lens, you are a fellow SBI'er as well.
Both systems take quite a bit of work but are quite rewarding.
I also know that the Renegade System is no myth. I would be happy to share my experience and give examples.

Has anyone (NOT trying to resell) bought Anne Sieg's Renegade Network Marketer?
I want some honest feedback before I buy it and I know that everyone and their dog is trying to fill up their ClickBank balance by being affiliates. I don't need the link to your site! I just want to know from an honest non-shmoozy person if it's worth the money.
Yes, I have. It lead me to many new marketing skills in which I use. It also lead me to the web host that I use for my business.
I hope that is honest and non-shmoozy enough for you. It was worth it for me. Is it worth it for you? Only if you use it as a stepping stone in the learning process. There are many marketing skills to be studied in the back end of the Renegade System. It is not just a simple Renegade Network Marketer e-book. There is training through the website.
BEST WISHES!
