Is it legal for a doctor to pay a lead generation company for patient prospects?
If someone is looking for a doctor or health professional on a website can the website owner charge a compatible specialist in exchange for directing the prospect to that doctor? Is it legal for the doctor to pay for such a prospect?
Yes, it is legal. No reason a doctor can’t pay for leads as much as anyone else. They do it all the time!

I’ll be contacting businesses about advertising at my event. What is the best way to do lead generation?
I have heard contacting a business owner through email about the advertising/sponsor opportunity is much more better and could garner a better response if done through email as opposed to cold-calling the business. Thoughts? What would be the best way to approach businesses? I want to have an appointment to see the owners and just trying to figure out the best way to get those appointments.
Below is a link to a blog that discusses business-to-business (B2B) lead generation. You many find it helpful. I have.
Best of luck.

How to replicate lead generation website?
I am paying 30 dollars a lead for findapestpro.com
i get maybe 30-40% of the leads so its costing me 60-90 dollars to gain one customer.
I want to make my own website similer to theres not the same. What webhosting can be easily designed to do this. When customers fill out the form I want there info sent to my phone as a text message. How do I do this?
One thing you may want to keep in mind is to determine how findapestpro.com is driving traffic. Just developing a website won’t necessarily bring in leads. From looking at their site, my guess is that they are probably doing search engine marketing in the form of Google AdWords and/or Yahoo Search Marketing. Doing a simple search on Yahoo! for the term "bug exterminator" confirms that they are at least using Yahoo! Search Marketing to drive traffic to their site as findapestpro.com is shown in the sponsored listings.
More than likely findapestpro.com has Search Engine Marketing specialists and unless you have experience in this area of marketing you will not be able to compete with them.

Who has a great opportunity for network marketing amongst the 30 something crowd.?
I am not very secure in my job and I need a steady income. I believe in the benefits of network marketing, but I want to be involved in something that would be an easy sell to people in their 30’s (ish). Any great opportunities out there. I do not have any experience in network marketing.
Think about Health, Nutrition and Beauty products … then add products from 1100 other companies… It works well for me….
If you want more info let me know…
